A coordinated headquarters AV program

Innovative Environments delivered a $1.2 million turnkey AV program for a publicly traded real estate company’s new headquarters in Royal Oak, Michigan. The project brought Microsoft Teams Rooms, large-format visualization, auditorium AV, office presentation, digital signage, intercom, building audio, and sound masking into one coordinated design and commissioning effort.

One headquarters with several distinct AV experiences

The new headquarters required standardized daily meeting rooms, high-impact collaboration spaces, a large auditorium, presentation displays across 27 offices, and building-wide communication systems. Each environment served a different purpose, but the technology had to be delivered as one coordinated program.

Turnkey delivery from design through training

Innovative Environments provided design, engineering, deployment, programming, commissioning, and training. The completed scope included 10 Microsoft Teams conference rooms, a war room with dual 136-inch LG video walls, a 260-inch auditorium system, displays and wireless presentation in 27 offices, AV-over-IP, digital signage, a Teams-integrated door and gate intercom, building audio, and sound masking.
