Nationwide Zoom Rooms Integrator
One program manager, one Momentum-standard BOM, and a 49-state install network — for multi-site Zoom Rooms rollouts.
Zoom-certified hardware, warehouse-staged racks, waved deployment, and day-one managed support — run from our Troy, MI headquarters.
W-9'd partner technicians vetted and managed under our PM — one point of contact from Troy, MI to every metro.
One bill of materials per room type. Same Zoom-certified compute, camera, display, controller, DSP, firmware baseline — every wave, every site.
Weekly burn-down, risk register, and an executive-visible status report. Not a rotating cast of coordinators.
Zoom Rooms enrollment, DSCP tags / VLANs, monitoring agent, and admin credentials — all applied in staging, not at your site.
Every room enters managed meeting room support the day it goes live. No warranty gap, no orphaned rooms.
Fixed per-room cost against the Momentum standard, with a phased quote that matches your capital plan.
Certified Zoom Rooms expertise, delivered the same way at every site.
Every nationwide Zoom Rooms deployment we run comes back to a single principle: the site visit should be physical work, never configuration work. That is the difference between a 40-site Zoom fleet that stays standardized and one that quietly turns into 40 snowflakes over the first year.
As a nationwide Zoom Rooms integrator, we lock the BOM, pin the firmware, and QC every rack in our Troy warehouse against a recorded Zoom test call before it ships. When your local technician arrives on site, the room joins its first meeting on the first try — not the third.

Troy, Michigan HQ. 49 states in the field.
Our program management, engineering, and warehouse staging all run from our Troy, MI headquarters. Physical install is executed by a vetted W-9'd partner network we manage directly — not a marketplace, not a lowest-bidder ladder. One PM owns the whole fleet.
- Single point of contact from kickoff through post-go-live QBR.
- Regional spares depots sized to the fleet, not to the initial install.
- Coordination with your GC, electrician, and network team baked into the schedule.

Nationwide Zoom Rooms — common questions
Are you a nationwide Zoom Rooms integrator?+
Yes. We are a certified Zoom Rooms integrator headquartered in Troy, Michigan, running installs across a 49-state footprint under a single program manager. The same team designs, warehouse-stages, and cuts every room to managed support — regardless of which state it lands in.
How large a nationwide Zoom Rooms deployment can you take on?+
From 10 to 1,000+ rooms. Programs typically run in waves of 20–50 rooms per month after a 4–8 week design and staging sprint. Larger footprints scale by adding parallel field crews under the same PM, not by adding coordinators.
Do you deploy Zoom Rooms appliances or Windows/Mac PCs?+
Both, but our default for standardized fleets is Zoom Rooms appliances (Zoom-certified compute). Appliances have the lowest IT overhead, the cleanest management story, and the same certified hardware ecosystem as the Windows/Mac path. We recommend Windows or Mac only when there is a specific control-system, digital-signage, or scheduling integration requirement.
How does the fleet stay standardized across so many sites?+
One BOM per room type, one firmware baseline, one Zoom Rooms configuration template, one monitoring agent. Every rack is built and QC'd in our warehouse against a recorded Zoom test call before it ships. The site visit is physical work only — mount, plug, terminate, test.
What states do you install in?+
49 states, executed through W-9'd partner technicians we vet and manage under our own program manager. Alaska is the exception; we handle it case by case.
What happens after go-live?+
Every room enters our managed meeting room support tier the day it goes live — proactive monitoring of every codec, camera, and controller, a certified help desk, firmware lifecycle, and an on-site SLA for hardware swaps. Your internal IT team does not own Zoom Room tickets.
