Nationwide Microsoft Teams Rooms Deployment
A certified Microsoft Teams Rooms AV integrator, one program manager, and a 49-state install footprint.
Multi-site MTR rollouts run against a single Momentum-standard BOM — warehouse-staged, waved, and cut to managed support on day one.
W-9'd partner techs vetted and managed under our own PM — one point of contact from Troy, MI to every metro.
One bill of materials per room type. Same compute, camera, display, controller, DSP, firmware baseline — every wave, every site.
Weekly burn-down, risk register, executive-visible status. Not a rotating cast of coordinators.
Intune enrollment, DSCP tags / VLANs, monitoring agent, admin credentials — all applied in staging, not at your site.
Every room enters managed meeting room support the day it goes live. No warranty gap, no orphaned rooms.
Fixed per-room cost against the Momentum standard, with a phased quote that matches your capital plan.
Certified MTR expertise, delivered the same way at every site.
Every nationwide Microsoft Teams Rooms deployment we run comes back to a single principle: the site visit should be physical work, never configuration work. That is the difference between a 40-site fleet that stays standardized and one that quietly turns into 40 snowflakes over the first year.
As a certified Microsoft Teams Rooms AV integrator, we lock the BOM, pin the firmware, and QC every rack in our Troy warehouse before it ships. When your local technician arrives on site, the room comes up on the first meeting — not the third.

Troy, Michigan HQ. 49 states in the field.
Our program management, engineering, and warehouse staging all run from our Troy, MI headquarters. Physical install is executed by a vetted W-9'd partner network we manage directly — not a marketplace, not a lowest-bidder ladder. One PM owns the whole fleet.
- Single point of contact from kickoff through post-go-live QBR.
- Regional spares depots sized to the fleet, not to the initial install.
- Coordination with your GC, electrician, and network team baked into the schedule.

Nationwide MTR — common questions
Are you a certified Microsoft Teams Rooms AV integrator that deploys nationwide?+
Yes. We are a certified Microsoft Teams Rooms AV integrator headquartered in Troy, Michigan, with a 49-state install network. Every deployment is run by our own program manager against a single Momentum-standard BOM — regardless of how many sites or which states are in scope.
How large a nationwide Microsoft Teams Rooms deployment can you take on?+
From 10 to 1,000+ rooms. Most enterprise programs run in waves of 20–50 rooms per month after a 4–8 week design and warehouse-staging sprint. Larger programs scale by adding parallel field crews, not by adding program managers.
How does a nationwide MTR rollout stay standardized across so many sites?+
One BOM per room type, one firmware baseline, one configuration template, one monitoring agent. Every rack is built and QC'd in our warehouse before it ships, so the site visit is physical work only — mount, plug, terminate, test. That is what keeps a 40-site fleet from drifting into 40 snowflakes.
Do you handle Teams Rooms on Android and Windows, or only one?+
Both. Android MTR appliances are our default for standard rooms because IT overhead is lowest; Windows MTR is the right choice for orgs that need deeper device management via Intune. We standardize the surrounding hardware — camera, display, controller, DSP — so the platform choice is a firmware/configuration decision, not a hardware one.
What states do you install in?+
49 states, executed through W-9'd partner technicians we've vetted and manage under our own PM. Alaska is the exception; we handle it case by case.
What happens after go-live?+
Every room enters our managed meeting room support tier the day it goes live — proactive monitoring, certified help desk, firmware lifecycle, and an on-site SLA for hardware swaps. No support gap, no orphaned rooms.
